Horsham YMCA New Edition.
Andy Lampard has agreed to join Horsham YMCA.
He will be joining a dedicated management team to offer his experience and analytical skills.
Manager, Dean Carden and coaches Gareth Neathey and Paul Emerson are delighted to welcome Andy to the team.
Lampard is no stranger to the SCFL and has recently been in charge of Loxwood FC. He was influential in steadying the ship and maintaining the Magpies Premier Division status.
He has also previously managed YM’s close rivals, Roffey FC. Lampard masterminded the Boars promotion from SCFL Division One to the Premier Division for the first time in the club's history in 2022. He achieved four promotions as a player and two as a manager for RFC.
Lampard was on the bench offering his assistance in the fantastic game last night between YM and high-flying Petersfield Town, which ended 2-2.
After the match he commented,
“Really pleased to have been asked by Dean and Gareth to join the management team, I’m so happy to be back in the dug out after a spell out the game, working along side some familiar faces once again and excited to see what we can achieve with the talent that’s here “.
